Announcing the 2022 Games for Change Awards Finalists!

We are thrilled to share the 2022 Games for Change Awards finalists!

This year’s awards are the most competitive and global in the Festival’s history – with over 400 submissions across nine categories. A group of 125 game developers, researchers, and experts in game design reviewed the games and selected the finalists. Game entries came from established AAA studios, indie developers, and university-level students. 

The 2022 Game for Change Award finalists are:

Best XR for Change:

Best Civics Game:

Best Gameplay:

Best Learning Game:

Most Significant Impact:

Best Health Game:

Best Narrative Game:

Best Student Game:

Additionally, games from the Best Gameplay, Most Innovative, Most Significant Impact, Best Health, Best Narrative, Best Civics, and Best Learning Game categories are eligible for the “G4C People’s Choice” Award, presented by Facebook Gaming. Voting for the People’s Choice Award will be open until 7/1. Cast your vote today!
